Augmenting Careers and Integrated Development (ACID) Hubs - Launch pad to Success
ACID Centers to be set up at schools will be functional for the whole year in which certain activities will be carried out:
Career Augmenting Sessions – Career sessions giving detailed insight into various career options. There will be presentations outlining career backgrounds, traits requisite for a particular career, preparation levels, reputed colleges, etc. In addition, there will be workshops catering to specific streams offering extensive knowledge of possible career paths followed by individual counseling.
Personality Development Workshops – These will be to improve communication skills, body language, general etiquettes, power dressing, etc. Along with lectures and presentations, group activities will be planned involving both students as well we teachers.
How to work smart? Its not just hard work but smart work as well which ensures one to be at the pinnacle of success. Special sessions will be organized to tell about ways to enhance memory, to be a proficient writer, bring better examples and memory cues while studying, etc.
Industry Exposure – Special sessions where professionals belonging to specific careers come and share their experiences, insights, high points , etc followed by an open discussion where students, teachers as well as parents can put forth their questions and doubts.
In addition in case a school is sending its students to any competition, our team of experts would provide their assistance for such endeavours.
NIYOJANA - EMPOWERING TEACHERS
Teaching is an ongoing process and often we find an information lag between the courseware being taught and latest trends. Often the teachers are stressed out due to the demands of changing trends and student-teacher dynamics. This service is targeted at the teachers to help them be more efficient, dynamic and result oriented. Our workshops will destress them, introduce them to the latest changes and teaching techniques to improve their productivity and raising the learning standards to a higher level. This initiative will aim at equipping teachers with psychological awareness, better temperament and knowledge.
