There are a large number of orphanages running and several of them do a commendable job in making available the basics of life. Nevertheless, in the process, often the attention which education should be given gets lost. Not just that, the child never gets the chance to explore options. Lack of mentorship and information results in several talented children languishing with an average education and often do not get the option of higher education.

Lack of funds with orphanages is another issue that hampers them in providing quality education to all children with them. Due to the responsibility of a large number of children, even children who the have the capability to go beyond the conventional career choices and get success end up doing courses like B.A, B.Com or some technical course that does not give them ample chances to realise their potential.

Although, the efforts put by orphanages are commendable within their constraints, often, talented kids do not the opportunities, which could bring out the best in them. There is no one they can look up to and talk about career, and someone who could take the responsibility like a guardian to oversee the process of them getting into a good institute of their choice.

What we would like to do is to move across such orphanages, identifying kids who are talented and given the opportunity, have the mettle to bring out the best in them. Whether they have the desire to be a computer professional, a biologist or a painter, it would be our endeavor to help the child identify his or her strengths and get into the career they want to.

We envision the chance where every child with potential gets the best of education and lack of resources is not a hindrance. There is a vast pool of human resources that could be nurtured and it would our mission to see that such children get access to the best of everything, be it the right kind of counseling, advice or resources to follow their career choices. This Initiative would start from the second year of our operations. our intention is to provide all operational support from our side and ensure that all grants and donations received for this initiative are reaching the beneficiaries.

PRABHODANA

This will be an initiative which defies norms and boundaries of learning. ‘Free learning’, complete freedom to the student to sample any subject and choose what all he or she wants to learn.

This institution will have emphasis on exploration and experimentation rather than cramming books or following prescribed methodologies making learning fun and interesting. The focus will be on well integrated broad learning and the choice to cultivate hobbies. The learning will be about the modern world with the latest courseware, techniques and would equip them with means to be successful in future.
